SETFOS

SETFOS is a simulation software for optoelectronic devices and was originally designed for the study and optimization of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). This engineering software is ideally suited for the product development and device analysis. It contains a fast numerical algorithm for solving the charge drift diffusion equations, exciton rate equations aas well as a versatile dipole emission model.

It has been developed at the ICP in the framework of CTI-funded research projects with the IBM Research GmbH, Zurich Research Laboratory originally, the CSEM Polymer Optoelectronics group and the Ciba Group Research in Switzerland. The software is being commercialized by our partner FLUXiM AG.
